Join us on every Sunday from 2.30pm - 4pm for a delightful Kids Connection Event.
A safe and welcoming environment where they can explore yoga through gentle, playful movements and mindful activities. This nurturing environment helps children cultivate flexibility, focus, and emotional balance, while also learning to protect their energy, trust their intuition, and themselves. It’s a wonderful way for kids to develop a love for yoga and mindfulness, all while having fun and connecting with friends. (Ages 6-12 years )
🦋 Parents can feel free to drop their kids off and enjoy a well-deserved break while their children engage in these meaningful activities.
🦋 This event is designed to create a supportive space where kids can be themselves, make new friends, and feel a sense of community and belonging.
🦋 A special event collaboration hosted by Hela & Amy, designed for children to enjoy and connect deeply with themselves and others.
